Ja, ni hörde rätt. Regeringen har lagt fram ett förslag om att man ska ta ut en avgift varje gång man byter fond. Inte nog med att förvaltare ger tummen ner finns det även en annan del av myntet.
För att generalisera lite - folk är inte särskilt smarta och varje gång man pillar på pensionssystemet så blir folk irriterade och orkar inte bry sig om sin pension då de tycker att systemet förändras för mycket och är krångligt. Jag har pratat med flera hundra människor då jag arbetade som försäljare av en pensionstjänst så jag vet mycket väl vad folk tycker om pensionssystemet.
Om jag inte missminner mig från internutbildningen i somras togs ett riksdagsbeslut 1991 om att införa PPM-systemet. Samtliga riksdagspartier var för reformeringen och tanken man skulle få möjlighet att påverka sin pension. Dvs. byta fonder några gånger per år och välja de fonder som går bra.
Men nu vill regeringen ändra reglerna och missgynna den som gör precis så som tanken från början var att man skulle göra!
